At SKIMS MÉXICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals have not been removed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
